For any inquiries/questions at meetings, have your questions submitted to the office at 4953
Spurraway Road the Monday prior to the meeting

Bylaw 161
The board may allow an individual or delegation to address the board at the meeting on the subject of an agenda
item provided written application has been received by the corporate officer by 4:00 p.m. on the Monday prior
to the meeting. Each address must be limited to 15 minutes unless a longer period is agreed to by the unanimous
vote of the board members present. The identified individual or delegation addressing the board may at
his/her/their sole discretion share the balance of their time with other individuals or delegations in attendance.
