Sprinkling regulations are effective from April 1st through September 30th.

Please Note: Sprinkling is NOT permitted between the hours of 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM during any day  at any time of the year. 

Outdoor Water Use Restriction Stages:

1. STAGE 1 - ALTERNATE DAYS WATERING

Days of Watering: Sprinkling is only permitted at residential, commercial, and other non-agricultural properties as follows:

•  Even numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Even Calendar Days (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) using automatic sprinklers between the hours of midnight to 6:00 AM. 

• Odd numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Odd Calendar Days (3, 5, 7, 9, etc.) using automatic sprinklers between the hours of midnight to 6:00 AM.

2. STAGE 2 - TWICE A WEEK WATERING 

Days of Watering: Sprinkling is only permitted at residential, commercial, and other non-agricultural properties as follows:

• Even numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Fridays and Tuesdays 6 AM to 11 AM or 6 PM to midnight. 
  

• Odd numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Sundays and Thursdays 6 AM to 11 AM or 6 PM to midnight.
  

3. STAGE 3 - ONCE A WEEK WATERING

  Sprinkling is only permitted at residential, commercial, and other non-agricultural properties as follows:

• Even numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Mondays.
  

• Odd numbered addresses: Watering is only permitted on Wednesdays.
  

4. STAGE 4 - NO OUTDOOR WATERING

No person shall use water outdoors for any purpose, except for hand watering of plants using a hose with a working spring-loaded shut-off nozzle, or a hand-held container is permitted at any time.
